About me as a Therapist

I am trained in and offer a variety of types of psychological treatments and approaches (described in the sections below), but I offer individualised, holistic way of working, taking into account all aspects of emotional and physical wellbeing.

Depending on the outcome of a collaborative psychological assessment as well as your preferences, we may agree to work in a particular way or draw on different approaches and methods to tailor the treatment in order to address your individual needs and goals.

Regardless of this, I always work relationally, in an attuned way (as you can see from the testimonies provided by my clients), creating a safe environment and space for meaning-making and personal.
