Warm welcome

There are times in life when we all experience difficulties such as feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, stuck, or overwhelmed with problems. Some of us prefer to speak to someone other than our family or friends but it may be difficult to make a decision to come to therapy or know how to find the help we need.

Therapy can be a powerful process helping you explore your difficulties in a safe and supportive space. Having an assistance of a qualified Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and accredited CBT therapist can help you step back from your problems, make sense of your experiences, and move forward in your chosen direction.

Therapies

I provide Psychological Assessment, Therapy and Consultation services for individual clients (private) as well as for various employers/ workforces and agencies (including for medico-legal purposes).
I also provide clinical supervision and training for professionals. I am trained and experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities.

I work integratively, valuing a person-centred approach to treatment, which is always formulation-driven and collaborative.
I can also offer all assessment and therapeutic work in Polish.

What to expect

Although starting therapy can feel daunting, seeking help for your mental health is not a sign of weakness. It is just a first step on your journey towards healing and recovery. It is estimated that 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem, so if you are having trouble with your mental health, you’re really not alone!

Still, I understand you may have a lot of unanswered questions or assumptions about the therapy process. Hence, I have outlined what you can expect and how you would be supported every step of the way towards getting your life back on track here.

“You don’t have to save me, you just have to hold my hand while I save myself.”
